England fast bowler Jofra Archer has said that it is often mentally difficult to stay in the Bio Secure bubble. He said that it is not good to be away from the family for long. Archer has spent 87 days in the bubble. He was out for only four days during the West Indies series. He is the player in the bubble most days.
Archer told Sky Sports, “Sometimes it’s mentally challenging enough. Going home and being normal seems strange because it’s new.”
He said, “I am not sure, I still have a lot of bubble in me for the rest of the year. I have not seen my family since February and now we are in September.”
“There will be IPL in October and November. After that we will go to South Africa,” he said.
